DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION OFFER FOR SCHOOLS

The International Coding Olympiad offers the following discounts to schools for prepaid group registrations, aiming to increase exam participation and provide discounts to students with a strong interest in Coding.

• For group registrations of 25 to 49 categories:
  A 3 € discount per person applies, reducing the fee from 40 € to 37 €.
• For group registrations of 50 to 74 categories:
  A 4 € discount per person applies, reducing the fee from 40 € to 36 €.
• For group registrations of 75 to 249 categories:
  A 5 € discount per person applies, reducing the fee from 40 € to 35 €.
• For group registrations of 250 or more categories:
  A 8 € discount per person applies, reducing the fee from 40 € to 32 €

DISCOUNT CONDITIONS

1. These discounts are valid on the condition of prepayment.
2. These discounts apply only to the Arena Battles or Challenges categories, which have a registration fee of 40 €. They do not apply to other categories or prices.
3. Payments for these discounts must be made via credit card using the payment link provided on this page. Payments via bank transfer are not accepted, and discounts will not be applied.
4. The specified number of payments refers to the total number of categories for payment, not the number of students.
5. Discounts are applied based on the 40 € registration fee.
6. The discount codes provided will completely waive the fees for the Arena Battles by CodeCombat and Challenges by Codementum categories (reducing them to 0 from 40 €).
7. Once payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred to the next year.
8. Invoices for the paid amount can be downloaded from teachers' accounts as the registrations and payments are processed.
9. Discount codes given after pre-payment will not apply to students who have already registered and paid, and no refunds will be issued.

STEPS TO OBTAIN DISCOUNT CODES

1. Determine the total number of categories you will be paying for.
2. Please ensure all information displayed on the screen is completed during the payment process.
3. During the payment process, please do not leave the page until the transaction is complete. If you are unsure whether the payment was successful due to any issues, please check your bank and credit card account first. If no funds have been withdrawn from your account, you can attempt the payment again.
4. In the event of a double payment, at least 25 € will be deducted as a transaction fee from the refund of the second payment.
5. After completing your payment, please fill out the form below. The discount codes will be emailed to you within 3 business days at the latest.
6. When you click the payment page, select the total number of categories you want to pay for from the Quantity menu and complete your payment.
