PAYMENT TERMS

• The prices above refer to the participation fee for one student in a single category.
• Each selected category requires a separate payment.
• Students registered in the Arena category can register for the Challenges category at a discounted fee of 30 €.
• Similarly, students registered in the Challenges category can register for the Arena category at the same discounted fee of 30 €.
• In the Arena and Challenges categories, each additional exam is offered at a discounted fee of 15 € to help students prepare more effectively for the competition.
• Once an exam has been paid for, it cannot be canceled, refunded or changed to a different category.
• Students who are unable to take the exam due to unforeseen circumstances will not be given an alternative or make-up exam and no refunds will be provided for missed exams.
• Payments are processed through Stripe, a worldwide payment processing platform, using credit or debit cards. The card details of the applicant are never visible to or stored by Coding Olympiad under any circumstances.

DUPLICATE PAYMENT ISSUE

Duplicate payments may occur due to internet issues, banking delays or repeated actions on the payment interface. In such cases:

• Check whether the payment has been deducted from the bank or credit card account.
• If the amount has been deducted but is not visible on the panel, contact the support team via the contact form.
• Any duplicate payment for the same exam will be refunded after deducting transaction and processing fees.
• Each student should have only one account to prevent duplicate payment issues.
• Refunds will be issued only for duplicate payments, with amounts varying by category as follows:
  - Arena Battles: 20 €
  - Challenges: 20 €
  - Additional Challenge Exam: 10 €
  - AI Prompt Lab: 10 €
