Coding Olympiad Grand Final Rome (2-8 July 2026)

Applications for the Grand Final are now open.
⁠You can submit your application by clicking the Grand Final menu in your Coding Olympiad Student or Teacher panel.

The application steps are as follows:

Activating the Grand Final application
Confirmation of the Participation Agreement sent to the participants by email
Activation of the payment buttons and payment of the deposits
Invitation letter and other required documents for the visa application being sent to you by Coding Olympiad
Payment of the remaining amount before the deadline

About the Participation Quotas
In order to encourage participation from more countries and a larger number of students, the following quotas are applied during registration. The total capacity of the olympiad is 1,000 participants.

For teacher groups, the participation quota is 8 people per group.
From each country, the total quota for teacher groups is 40 participants (5 groups).
For individual participation, the total quota per country is 10 participants.
For flexy participants, the total quota per country is 10 participants.

These quotas are set based on the goal of achieving participation from approximately 50 countries. Quotas that remain unused in countries with lower demand may be transferred to countries with higher demand.

Submitting an application under flexy, individual, or group in the Grand Final menu, or entering participant names into the list, does not mean that your group has been approved.

If quota is available, an official agreement will be sent to the authorized person, and the process will continue with the payment step.

!! Before applying for the Grand Final, you must urgently check the Italy Schengen visa requirements and visa appointment schedule in your country. You should proceed with the application only if you are sure that the visa process will be completed on time and that you meet all the required conditions. Please note that deposits and remaining payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the visa is not obtained.
